From just Getting Started/Basics, Quantity Take-Off, Tips & Tricks, Custom Tools/Tools Chests, Custom Columns, Bluebeam Studio & Projects, and Document Management. These trainings can be performed in-person, in-class room, or remote training, and we can Customize them to your needs and workflows. We build and create Custom Bluebeam Estimation Workflows to fit your Company or Team, so you can Bid/Estimate faster with more efficiency, which allows you to be more effective through greater Bid/Sales Volume. We also create Bluebeam Training Videos for your Team or Company. These classes/training are all taught by a Bluebeam Certified Instructor.
Management - We structure and organize your management team and mechanisms for Setting Objectives, Organizing, Motivating the Team, Systems of Measurement, and Developing People (Training, Education, & Mentoring). These things are typically done through Controls, Planning, and Resources. We can also train and build for Scheduling in Excel and Microsoft Projects, Excel Dashboards for Job Costing, Billing & Invoicing, Forecasting, and Cost Codes, our team can also help with Meeting Agenda Templates and Structure.
Estimation/Quantification - Whether you want us to Train, Create, and Educate through your own Estimating process or Bluebeam, or if you would like us to perform Quantity Take-off for a specific scope or project we can handle either. We understand how this happens from project inception, to award and execution.
